A number of hotels in Bali have been selected as Official Hotels for 9th ICAAP delegates. These hotels vary from 5-star to 3-star categories, located in Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Sanur and Tuban/Kuta areas, all in South Bali. All hotels offer rooms with private bath, telephone, TV and some also have Internet access in the rooms. The rates are net, inclusive of the high season surcharge, 21% government tax and service charge, and breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.

Payment policy

Payment can be made through credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or bank transfer.  Should you pay by bank transfer, the Secretariat must receive the payment in full amount (any handling fees for the remittance will be borne by the participants). A copy of the bank documents or credit card number must be forwarded by fax together with the forms to the ICAAP Secretariat. 

Payment with credit card will be charged based on local currency (Rupiah). Indonesian banking regulation stipulates a surcharge for any remittance by credit card. If you pay by VISA or MasterCard, an additional 5% will be added to the total amount. Payment must be made in advance. Personal or company cheque and AMEX Card will not be accepted.

Confirmation letter
Accommodation will be confirmed when payment has been received and acknowledged. In order to receive confirmation by email, ensure that your email address is correctly entered in your web-user personal information.

Check-in time
The normal check-in time is 14.00 on day of arrival.  Please note that some international flights arrive in Denpasar, Bali, in the early morning. If you arrive before the check-in time, you will not be able to gain access to your room.  To guarantee that a room is available for an early arrival, you  will also need to book and pay for the previous night. If this is required, indicate this on the accommodation booking form.

Check-out time
The normal check-out time prior to 12.00 on day of departure. Late check-out till 18.00 is chargeable at 50% of agreed room rates and after 18.00  is chargeable at 100% of agreed room rates, subject to the room availability.

Changes in Reservation
Any change of reservation must be made through the Congress Secretariat in writing before 30 May 2009 and subject to a handling fee of USD 20.  Changes made after that date are subject to cancellation fee policy and handling fee USD 20 based on availability.

Cancellation
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and should be made through the congress secretariat. For cancellations made before or on 1 June 2009, a one-night cancellation fee will be applied. For written cancellation received after that date, the congress organisers will apply the entire stay cancellation fee (as per reservation) will be applied.

Early Departure or No-show
Should there be any early departure of confirmed reservation and no shows, no refund will be given.
