Distinguished delegates and ladies and gentleman,

I am very pleased to meet all of you here in Bali, a city blessed with beautiful nature.

I should say that I was deeply impressed by the wonderful preparation of the 9th ICAAP and the various activities of participants, and the successful work of the LOC.
 
So, I would like to congratulate for successful achievement of the LOC and I would like to suggest you to give them a big applause to the 9th LOC once more.

On behalf of the Korean Government and Busan Metropolitan city, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the ICAAP 9 LOC for this chance to introduce the 10th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific to be held in Busan, Korea in 2011.
